In 2005, he graduated from Fine Arts Faculty Department of Sculpture, University of Arts, Belgrade. Between 2006-2008, he got his master’s degree at the same department and university with professor Mrdan Bajic. In 2008-2009 he was guest student at L'Ecole de Beaux Arts Paris (ENSBA) in the studio of Professor Richard Deacon. Veljko lives and works in Ljubljana Slovenia and Belgrade, Serbia.
