Piramid Art Center will exhibit the works of artists who have beared the weight of Turkish modernism as well as works of contemporary art. This center will be very generous to host  photography, video, installations and will provide collectors with works from the different generations of our art scene’s history

Sabiha Kurtulmuş, with whom I have been working for 14 years and who has run “7 Arts Factory” together with the renowned curator Beral Madra, is the director of this art center. Those who have not had yet the chance to meet her charming personality, will understand what I mean when they finally get to know her.

Piramid Art Center will also welcome foreign artists with sincere care and interest. We will always maintain a warm, welcoming attitude, in an atmosphere where we enjoy to share information. Even artists of countries whose political decisions we criticize harshly, will be able to have their say. Because we believe in the independence and also the superiority of artists in front of some irresponsible politicians who are supposed to rule them.
